Organic Supplements:

I’ve been using Natures Brands PhytoVitamins Organic Whole Food Vitamins and Minerals for the past year and really love their products.  PhytoVitamins are made using organic fruits, berries, and vegetables packed in a veggie capsule. Nothing more. Nothing less.

These days, it’s difficult to find a good nutritional supplement that isn’t chocked full of artificial chemicals and preservatives.  In addition, most commercialized supplements come encased in gelatin capsules.  Manmade gelatin is unsafe to consume.  You can read more about the dangers of ingesting gelatin in “WARNINGS OF DISEASE: YOUR BODY USES SYMPTOMS TO COMMUNICATE” on pages 39 and 40.

Supplements I Take:

As I age and have become more restrictive in my sugar and carbohydrate consumption, I’ve found the need to supplement my diet once again.  Currently, I take Natures Brands Organic MultiVitamins with Iron, B Complex, Vitamin C, Potassium, and Calcium & Magnesium supplements.  The reasons why I supplement my diet, and which additional supplements I take, will be discussed in future blogs.  For now, I just wanted to introduce you to Natures Brands and their products.
